UPLIFT™
Constructed of incombustible powder coated steel, with R-6 polyiso insulation in floor, wall and roof (higher R-Values are an option). Standard features include 4 or 8 windows with screens that all meet egress codes, forklift pockets to provide a portable solution, shelving, 1 or 2 lockable doors. Instant 160-2™ has a removable insulated center partition wall that allows for 2 complete separated living quarters.
Incombustible
We use steel for our interior and exterior cladding that is incombustible; our competitors use FRP plastic or fiberglass that is highly combustible and they have had fires.
Polyisocyanurate Insulation
We use a polyiso insulation that meets State Fire Codes; our competitors use a polystyrene insulation that when burns lets off toxic smoke and drips burning plastic.
R-6 Value on All Models
As standard on all models, we use an R-6 value polyiso insulation; our competitors use a R-2 insulation or sometimes charge extra for only an R-8 polystyrene
insulation.
Egress Code Windows
All our windows meet the Egress Code requirements; our competitors can’t meet this code for any of their windows.
Fast Assembly
We provide a foldable portable home that can be assembled or disassembled in less than 30 minutes so it can be moved as needed; our competitors don’t do this.
High Wind Load
All our models provide a 50psf roof load & a 170 mph wind load at no additional charge; our competitors charge extra for this.
Standard 6″ Base on All Models
All our models have an integral 6” structural base; our competitors don’t provide this, you have to build a base at an extra cost.
Best Value
We are a greater value at a lower cost than our competitors by any criteria, including fire, egress, sq. ft, roof and wind loads, quality of material, durability and functional use.
Spacious
All our models provide a larger sq. ft. living space than our competitors.
IECC Compliant
We provide an option to meet all State IECC codes; our competitors don’t offer this.
